1. To begin, use any participating retail pharmacy the first two times you order up to a 30-day supply of a maintenance medication.
2. For your third prescription, ask your doctor to electronically submit a prescription to CVS Caremark by Mail or a CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens or Duane Reade Pharmacy for a 90-day supply with three refills.
3. Medication is usually delivered within 8 days after receipt of order. Standard shipping is free.

Need a refill? Order refills online with CVS Caremark (833) 250-3237. (If you call, have your Health Benefit ID card ready.) Refills are usually delivered 3-5 days after CVS Caremark receives your order.
